Sentinel Consultant did not begin with venture capital or a technical co-founder or a team of designers. It began with a founder who had lost his income, was facing eviction, and decided that building was the only honest response to having nothing.
In six weeks, Asrar built four market-ready AI products, launched on ten platforms, created a community, and identified a government grant pipeline worth over one crore rupees — with zero external funding and zero technical background.
